We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a fantastic location in a safe area. The hotel is situated in the Jardins area, known for its upscale shops and restaurants. We were able to stroll to Avenida Paulista, the main shopping district, which was just 700m away. The hotel itself offers enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was spacious and very clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, which provided a relaxing and convenient way to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
In summary, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

I like that they provided an early check-in room for us as requested...allbeit at an additional cost, however that cost was refunded when we checked out at 4 AM on our last day. How very civilized!

We couldn't be happier with our stay! The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood which is both safe and convenient. We enjoyed a good breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the staff, especially the receptionists, were helpful and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Had a wonderful Xmas weekend at a centrally located hotel, which was perfect for exploring the city. the rooms were huge and spacious, with a big flatscreen TV, and the hotel provided free and good WIFI. the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, even recommending good restaurants and helping us with taxis. Best of all, the hotel had a reasonable price, especially considering its convenient location and luxurious amenities.
The gym facility needed new equipment and a facelift. the lobby is small, and the lifts are even smaller, fitting up to four people at any one time.

The hotel looks to be renovated so the rooms all look new.
We were transfered 3 different times because once the room wasn't clean when we checked in, then the second room smelled like an ashtray and the third one had a broken safe.. Internet service in the rooms (wifi) has very bad and slow connection, one of the days they shut it completely cause it didn't work.

This hotel is located in a vibrant area with many eateries and a bustling street life. It's just a walk away from the main commercial area which is perfect to explore the city. the MASP museum across the street is a great attraction that is worth visiting. the room is decent, clean, and spacious, with an adequate number of amenities and facilities.
The hotel has poor customer service which needs significant improvement to meet the standards expected in an upscale hotel.

i like the spacious king size bed, the confortable working space, the quality of the breakfast and the facilities at the top floor (gym, sauna, etc)
an expansion of the desk with a drawer would have been helpfull and the safebox did not have enough space for my laptop

Amazing Surprise!
Arriving at the hotel, we initially doubted the exterior appearance but were pleasantly surprised. Our spacious room impressed us with its large flat-screen TV, desk area, and cozy kettle for tea. While the street noise could be bothersome, the location near Avenida Paulista made up for it. The staff did their best to fix the unstable internet, and the hotel's proximity to restaurants and laundry services was convenient. I'd recommend this Mercure for a stay in Sao Paulo.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a modern feel. The location was very convenient, close to good restaurants and transportation. We loved the rooftop pool and the great views from up there.
The street noise was somewhat disturbing, especially during the night, which could interfere with a good sleep. We also had some issues with the air conditioning, as it took a while to cool the room down properly.
